Beauty Booking
Our client is a Russian entrepreneur who did not like the fact that in order to find a beauty master, you need to open Instagram and look for the right master there, try to find works and reviews, take risks when choosing an artist, look for contacts and sign up via vibe. And even after going through all these steps in the end, there is a risk that the client or the master will forget about the meeting, since there is no system of control and reminders. Based on this problem, he had an idea to create an application that would serve as an aggregator of beauty masters and salons, and with this idea he turned to us for implementation.
We have collected basic requirements from the client and conducted a casdew among salon clients, beauty masters and salon owners. Based on it, the key needs of both parties were identified, namely: quick and easy registration via social networks or phone (no emails), smart search by categories, keywords and sorting by rating, cost and location. A convenient CRM system with easy navigation and the ability to view a calendar with entries (similar to a Google calendar) was planned for the masters. Unexpectedly for us, one massive request turned out to be able to create not only our services, but also the courses that they teach. As a result, the MVP of a project with three roles, an admin panel for administration, push notifications about the nearest post and all the features described above was created in 4 months of hard work by a team of 9 people
